About Foundation Repair
Most houses get some foundation cracks over the years. Concrete shrinks as it cures, the ground moves with the seasons, and water in the soil pushes against the walls. Many small cracks are harmless. The ones to watch are cracks that let water in, keep getting wider, or come with walls that bow or doors that start sticking.
Joseph looks at the cracks and the walls, tells you plainly which ones are a problem, and quotes the repair. Fixing a leaking crack early costs a lot less than dealing with water damage in a finished basement.

It depends on the size of the crack or damage and how hard it is to get to. After Joseph looks at it, you get a written quote before any work starts.
Are all foundation cracks serious?
No. Thin, dry cracks that don’t change are common in most houses. Cracks that leak, keep growing or come with bowing walls should be looked at.
Will fixing the crack stop my basement leaking?
If that crack is where the water gets in, yes. Sometimes water comes in from more than one place, so Joseph checks the whole wall, not just the crack you can see.
